Roba Salem + 600 HRs YTT Hatha, Ashtanga, Neurology & Pranayama teacher, massage therapist, Sound healer, Tai-Chi, and Reflexology practitioner.
At a young age, I was drawn to a spiritual way of living and a mind-body connection. I loved yoga from the start.Soon I discovered that my yoga mat is the place where I found a sense of contentment, self-awareness, and the unity between self, body, and mind.
As a teacher, I realized that yoga is for everyone. Even though, with different body abilities and needs. My classes are tailored in a way to let all the students have the opportunity to get on the path at their own pace. Through offering several modifications.
I find immense joy, satisfaction, and inspiration in observing students discover their own personal yoga journey full of hope to nurture and encourage them along the way.
