Educators are warriors guiding our country forward.

Teacher Warrior Workshops equip educators to go inside, continue to strengthen their foundation of clarity and courage and be active leaders in the future of education - happening now.

Teacher Warriors are educators who practice their craft from a foundation of clarity, passion, courage, and leadership.

Teacher Warrior Workshops are for educators who:

  • Lead their classroom, building, or district

  • Need a system to practically recharge, gain clarity, strength, and focus - whenever needed

  • Want to refine their Teacher Warrior target for the upcoming year.

Premise for the Teacher Warrior Workshop:

  • Our educators are our countries warriors

  • “Teaching is a craft. To do it well fires have to be lit”

  • Every teacher needs a customized recharge, reinvigoration, and a practical leadership gameplan for their upcoming year

  • Workshops should be short, sweet, and designed to be implemented with ease

Aim - Educators leave this workshop with:

  • Their unique warrior mindset unleashed

  • A practical framework to reignite their fire, clarity, and energy whenever needed

  • A clearly defined personalized leadership target acting as their guide

  • A community of other TeacherWarriors to support, execute and celebrate with

Workshop Structure & Specifics:

  • Cost: $150

  • ​Spread over 10 days, there are 3 live sessions

  • Each session will be 1.5hrs, recorded, and shared

  • Teacher Warrior Jams are interspersed to allow attendees to come together to ask questions, share their progress and support the growth of each other

  • Workshops are utilizing the cohort-based course model

Session #1: Foundation for being a Teacher Warrior

  • Uncover and harness the creature-power of all humans -> all educators

  • Clarity, energy, and courage - gain a new understanding of how to access your inner power, rooted in a practical and measurable weekly plan you design specifically for you

​Session #2: Project Regrowth

  • Review the past, gain recon for the future, so you remain grounded with the goal of making informed choices to activate your leadership and move education forward

  • Lean into the chaos of current education to uncover your nutrient-rich soil for which to grow and thrive from

​Session #3: Innervation to Innovation

  • Define your leadership intentions 

  • Harness your unique vision to create processes for unstoppable action over the next school year

  • Leverage your community of peers to share, iterate and execute your ideas into practical solutions

Tools & Process:

  • ​Using Notion, LuMa and Zoom

  • ​Before session #1, you will be receiving a link to your Teacher Warrior HQ in Notion. This will act as your guide and interactive workbook guiding you through the Learn -> Create -> Use process.

About the Presenters:

Dr. Bill Brennan 

Bill has been an educator, speaker, and change architect for over 20 years.   His passion is facilitating learning experiences that help people reframe, refocus and reimagine education.   Bill has a B.A. from Marist College, an M.S. from Long Island University, and an Ed.D from Fordham University with a focus on organizational change and leadership. Bill lives in Long Island with his wife and three kids. 

Dan Greenwald

Dan has been an educator, entrepreneur, and connector for over 20 years. When he unexpectedly lost numerous people close to him over five years, he was hit with the reality that life is really short. He took action and accidentally created ThirtyTenZero. ThirtyTenZero is built on the belief that all people have the power to change. This inner power is tapped when we uncover what we really want. Dan has a B.A. from Boston University and an M.A. from Teachers College Columbia University with a focus on curriculum design. His longtime passion to understand how people learn and what motivates them to change was sparked by a childhood stutter. Dan lives in NYC with his wife and three kids.
