About Tamara Thompson
Tamara Thompson is a California lawyer, English law advisor and the founder of Thompson Legal Advisory Services P.C. She and her team have a deep knowledge of doing deals in Silicon Valley and the UK. They also work across other geographies, remotely as well as from offices in SF and London. Tamara founded the firm in 2000.

The firm is experienced in all of the aspects of taking start-up clients from formation all the way through to sale to large corporate and other buyers. They are also experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and intellectual property related agreements.
