πŸ”₯Talent densityπŸ”₯ is a hot topic of conversation in talent communities. But what does it mean and why does it matter?Β  Talent density means that every single person in the company has an unusually specific and impactful role as well as the context and tools that they need to succeed at a high level. It’s a concept that sounds simple in words, but it's a rare and special thing to pull off.

Join Talent Collective for an interactive discussion on this topic with Zapier's Chief People Officer, Brandon Sammut. Brandon has written about talent density in Forbes and elsewhereβ€”and has put talent density at the center of Zapier's talent strategy with the goal of boosting both employee experience and the company's success. By the end of this conversation, you'll have fresh tools for defining, measuring, and growing talent densityβ€”including through talent attraction, talent acquisition, and new hire onboarding.

BIO:

Brandon Sammut is a two-time Chief People Officer, currently building at Zapierβ€”a software automation platform with an 800-member, all-remote team in 40+ countries. Brandon believes in distributed work as a way to expand both individual opportunity and business results.

Brandon draws on prior experience in talent acquisition, talent development, strategy consulting, business development, and venture capital. He holds a BA from The University of Michigan, an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, and a Masters in Education from Stanford’s Graduate School of Education.
