TWS37, held on the 2nd of July, was a watershed moment for our community, drawing an impressive turnout. This 2nd session of our Themed Tuesday featured a thought-provoking fireside chat led by our founder, @felixsim.

FIRESIDE CHAT HIGHLIGHTS
The discussion kicked off with strategies for deep engagement within communities, emphasizing the importance of genuine relationships over mere numbers. Followed by a debate on the merits of different airdrop strategies, with a consensus leaning towards performance-based vesting to promote long-term engagement and contribution.
The challenges of maintaining community engagement during downturns were also tackled, highlighting the need for transparency and consistent communication. Monetization strategies were discussed, with a focus on providing value to the community first, ensuring sustainability without sacrificing trust.
The panel concluded with insights for investors, noting that a smaller, highly engaged community is often more valuable than a larger, passive one, stressing quality over quantity in community building.
