Dan Abelon joined Two Sigma Ventures in 2015 and focuses his time investing in data-driven enterprise and consumer startups. Before joining Two Sigma, Dan was an entrepreneur as well as an investor in areas such as data science, healthcare IT, and IoT. Previously, Dan co-founded SpeedDate (acquired by IAC), a live-video online dating service that used real-time matching algorithms to connect its 23 million members. Dan holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia.
