About Event

It is an easy flow class that focuses on different muscle groups each week. The class focuses on engaging and relaxing specific muscles, and emphasizing the proper movement mechanics. During the class we are using breath to guide the movement.

Props:

Yoga mat

Yoga blocks/books/light weights

Strap, belt or non-elastic band

Sliders/Socks/Blankets

Empty wall (for wall poses)
