Previously, Mark led United Online to a $1.6 billion valuation, overseeing its IPO and high-profile acquisitions including NetZero, Juno, and Classmates.com. He’s served on boards of companies acquired by NewsCorp, IAC, and CBS, and brings unmatched expertise on scaling companies, navigating public markets, and building enduring consumer brands.

Mark Goldston has served as a member of our Board since June 2023. Mr. Goldston is currently the Chairman and CEO of The Goldston Group, a renowned firm specializing in strategic advisory services, venture capital, and investments in emerging growth companies. In addition to The Goldston Group, Mark is the General Partner of Athletic Propulsion Labs, LLC, a luxury performance athletic footwear company. Prior to The Goldston Group, Mark held the role of Chairman and CEO of United Online, a publicly traded global consumer and internet conglomerate.
In addition, he was Chairman and CEO of NetZero, an internet service provider, which he took public. Mr. Goldston obtained a B.S.B.A. from Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.

Jeffrey Chernick is a serial entrepreneur, startup mentor, and angel investor/advisor. Currently based in Venice, California, Jeffrey is running his companies and giving back to his communities. His mobility company, RideAmigos - the first ride-share platform of its kind - has taken millions of cars off the road for thousands of companies across the US and Canada.

Jeffrey has been featured by more than 30 media outlets, including TechCrunch, Forbes, NBC, ABC, and the LA Times. He is a guest lecturer in entrepreneurship at Pepperdine University’s MBA Program. In his spare time, Jeffrey DJs across the world with neon drumsticks.
