Olisia is a former change management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She advised large global organizations across industries (tech, healthcare, transportation, higher education, healthcare, mining, etc.), helping them transition more smoothly through transformations.
She then pivoted to founding a coaching business to help people on an individual scale. As a Life and Leadership consultant, Olisia maintains her wide breadth of work helping people with a variety of goals, including improving leadership skills, advancing in fulfilling careers, improving relationships, restoring safety in nervous systems, etc. As part of her toolkit, Olisia developed loving self-leadership practices to help herself and her clients achieve objectives in pleasant and energizing ways. She will share some of these tools in this special talk.
