​Calling all founders!

Start Up House is our new global incubator program with a mission to upskill and support new tech founders to build the next unicorn. You will receive mentorship from the hottest VCs and entrepreneurs in the web3 space. 

​At ETH DENVER we are piloting our supercharged week long program: ACCELERATE

​Founders will have the opportunity to pitch to investors and get live feedback on how to improve their pitch. We will also identify potential investors for your project and arrange introductions.

​Today's Session Details:

​VC Mentor: Kevin Valentine

Kevin Valentine is an investor and entrepreneur with 23 years of experience in capital markets, private equity and venture capital. Mr. Valentine started his career at Moody’s Investors Service where he was Director of Risk Management before moving to venture capital at Q-Bank Group.

​While at Q-Bank, Mr. Valentine collaborated with various institutions such as the University of Oxford, MIT, the Department of Defense and IARPA, commercializing novel technologies across categories such as cognitive computing, cybersecurity, neuroscience, and digital health.

​In his current role as a partner at Aves Lair, an early-stage venture fund investing in crypto protocols and blockchain tech companies, Mr. Valentine invests in decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, blockchain middleware and gaming infrastructure. Additionally, he is interested in the potential of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) for building financial services around previously illiquid assets and as a way for content creators to assert ownership over their intellectual property.
