She combines this wealth of experience to help leaders manage their energy for a direct business impact. Yewande and her team of coaches use pattern-breaking techniques to help their clients leap from what they've been trained to do to what they want to accomplish, without burning out. Her clients often come to them at critical points of transition, such as when looking to achieve ambitious hyper-growth or when faced with uncertain external challenges.
Before founding OTITỌ, Yewande held leadership positions at McKinsey and Morgan Stanley. Her responsibilities included leading high-performing teams to advise C-Suite clients on management-critical strategic problems, as well as delivering business solutions to Hedge Fund COOs.
