Marcel will share findings from 33 successful companies, on the importance of effective onboarding, how to build strong relationships with your employees, and how to create a culture that encourages growth and development. 💥

About the host:

I'm living over in Portugal. Grew up in Germany. Mum is German, dad is from the Dominican Republic. And I lived the last 19 years in the UK. When I'm not having a cultural identity crisis, I help agencies build non-ego advisory board at my company Polymensa.

Over the years I’ve met over 3,000 agencies, getting a behind the curtain look on how they are run. As part of that journey I built The Agency Collective, a peer community for agency founders and helped 100s of agencies successfully grow their agency. Outside of my work with agencies I dedicate his free time to helping young people out of a life of crime at the charity Gloves Not Gunz. He currently lives in Portugal and obviously loves surfing and the outdoors.
