Tuesdays and now Friday we flow strong with creative sequences focused on a particular part of the body or posture. Float, fly, strengthen and lengthen as we move beyond the basics into more challenging postures.
Ladder style flows with lots of breath to movement.
Playing and exploring what's right for you - or just fun - is always encouraged. You do you, this class is only a guide for you to tune into your body, and forget the world for an hour.
