About Event

The Sustainability Undergraduate Research in Geosciences and Engineering (SURGE) program provides a diversity of research opportunities to undergraduate students interested in topics around Earth, Environmental Sciences, Energy Resources Engineering, and Sustainability. The SURGE Symposium is an opportunity for these young scholars to present what they learned through their research experiences to a larger audience and celebrate with their mentors the summer achievements. It also creates a space for students, faculty, and the community to discuss cutting-edge research! We invite all Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability members, family, and friends to join us in this celebration. Please see full schedule below, and the symposium abstract booklet here!
