How to Love Your Imperfect Future

Transitions and life changes are challenging. Figuring out what’s to come can stir up a lot of emotions. In this workshop we will discuss the idea of a ‘perfect’ future, explore positive habits for handling uncertainty and embracing imperfection.

Advance registration is required. By registering for this series, you don't have to attend all of the sessions (though it would be awesome if you did!). Sessions are free and open to all Seneca students.
