Join us as we welcome Tonya O'Bryan (Queen/She/Her) and Linzy Barnett (She/Her) for What's the Hole: Filling the Pleasure Gap on Thursday, June 16th at 7pm EST over Zoom!
This workshop will be recorded and will be made available to everyone who registers for 7 days following the workshop.
This workshop is intended to create a brave and curious space for participants to examine the internal and external factors affecting pleasure. Participants will locate themselves and their intersecting identities, outline the barriers and strengths of their identities, and build strategies to empower pleasure through body confidence, communication, and touch.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Examine their identities (race, class, gender, sexual orientation, spirituality, family of origin, trauma, etc) and explore how the intersections of these identities impact their approach to relationships and engagement sexuality.
Explore how their identities create barriers to body confidence and pleasure while developing skills and strategies to increase pleasure, communication, self-worth, self-confidence, masturbation, touch, etc.
