About the workshop: Do you want to: reduce your stress around sexual health, prioritize your sexual wellness and pleasure and make communication with your partner(s) and providers easier and more effective?? A Sexual Health and Wellness Plan (SHAWP) is an important aspect to our lives that help us to address unexpected health changes or challenges, advocate for ourselves while accessing sexual health care and have great sex! Participants will leave with a draft of their own, customized SHAWP, and a draft script to help them communicate about their plan with their partner(s). The workshop is appropriate for those in any adult stage of life of any economic or insurance status, of any sex, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation, regardless of relationship structure (eg. monogamy, poly, ENM, etc). It is also trauma-informed, disability-friendly, and BDSM/kink aware.

Participants will leave with:
