In the first webinar of a three-part series, Transcend Design Community members James Bailey and Randy Weiner will explain the importance of SEL for leaders, introduce the emotional path, and discuss the theory of action of their recent book, The Daily SEL Leader: A Guided Journal. They will explore how the strategies in their book can help leaders begin to understand themselves better, so they can better attune to themselves and others, promoting SEL within the entire school community.
