Three months back we took on a challenge: to identify the top 3 challenges that small L&D teams face in 2023.

After a series of interviews and a survey, we got them! 🔥🔥

Next, we're bringing our hive minds together to share best practices and find creative solutions to solve them. 💪

So whether you're part of a small L&D team, or not, you're invited to join this 1.5h ideation workshop where we will find the answers to these questions:

⚡️ How might L&D design career growth paths to upskill and reskill their people?

⚡️ How might L&D enable learner engagement?

And if you're bringing your meta-learner hat as well, you'll also learn a handful of methods you can use in ideation and problem-solving workshops. 🪄✨
