About Rachel Bassignani

​As a leadership coach and consultant, Rachel is a champion of individual and organizational evolution. She serves as a trusted advisor, mentor, and coach to her clients and community.

​Rachel is particularly adept at fostering highly collaborative coaching environments where clarity, trust, and decisiveness lay the foundations for change. Combining expertise in organization development and business management, Rachel takes a multi-disciplinary approach to coaching that is holistic and growth-oriented. ​Rachel has been a highly sought-after coach with tech, media, and consulting executives for nearly a decade. Her notable clients include Affirm, Plaid, Ledger, Gong, Google, Pax Labs, Deloitte, ServiceNow, GitHub, Salesforce, Nasa, Nike, CrisperTx, Blockdaemon, LiveNation, and more. In the years before launching her own executive coaching and executive search firm, Rachel spent fifteen years scaling early-stage organizations across the United States and Asia with leadership roles in business operations, management consulting, and organization/talent development.

​Rachel has an MBA from the Cornell Johnson School of Management and additional graduate studies including Organizational Behavior at USF and an Executive Certificate in The Psychology of Leadership from the Cornell Johnson School of Management. Rachel is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through The Coaches Training Institute and ICF, a Licensed Human Element Practitioner (LHEP), and has been a Certified Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor for over a decade.
