Speakers:

Valentyna Kondratenko, Legal Counsel at Hacken, adeptly navigates challenges that extend beyond traditional lawyering. With a diverse skillset, she specializes in addressing in-house matters, staying ahead of upcoming regulations which touch upon crypto, and supporting business development across various markets.

Erin Taylor is а tokenization specialist with expertise in Entertainment and Regulated Digital Assets. She is the Managing Director of PurpleMeta, а consulting firm specializing in the creation of Web3 Loyalty Programs, Tokenized Fine Art, and Music Royalties. She created the first music focused cryptocurrency named, Musiconomi with Elio DiIorio (Brother of Anthony-founder of Ethereum) and a blockchain based music label. Erin Taylor has tokenized and listed commodities on TSX and CSE including Gold, Copper, REITS, and FIAT Currency (CADT} since 2017 and understands the intricacies and importance of regulation during the birthing of this brand new asset class.

Rachel Cheung, Global PR at Bitget, a seasoned blockchain enthusiast and BTC investor since 2017. With diverse roles in the Web3 space, including Head of Events and PR at a GameFi startup valued at $1 billion and Security Token startup in the US, Rachel has gained special insight into blockchain technology. She holds a keen interest in its potential applications, such as asset tokenization, traceability, and equitable benefit distribution.

Inês Bragança Gaspar, Associate Lawyer at an international firm, specializing in advising startups and Web2/Web3 companies on various legal, strategic, and regulatory matters. Also, a lecturer at a Portuguese university, independent DeFi researcher, and Portugal ambassador for Defactor.

Anastasia Nizhegorodtceva, Head of Growth at Defactor, leading business development, partnerships and marketing activities. With close to a decade experience in the technology field, Anastasia spent her recent five year working with FinTech firms in Hong Kong, where tokenization and digital assets regulation is taking a clear shape.
