About Event

In this practice half-day we will give our selves the powerful opportunity to sit in community and move towards deep inner presence.

When we have an opportunity for sustained practice we will connect with the spaciousness of our clear minds, and natural gold of our own hearts ,beneath the dust of the daily muck and bustle. Settling our mind isn’t easy, but when we practice in community we get to feel the lift of the collective. We will do brief and longer sessions to help settle the mind and find the glimpses of spaciousness which can give way to greater and greater stillness, openness, and silence – showing us the true nature of change, impermanence, and interdependence. We will pair the practices of finding of space with connection to our hearts’ natural inclinations towards kindness, compassion and joy, a revelation of our boundless capacity to be loving towards ourselves and others.

All are welcome. Bring a journal, food for snacks, something for a shared altar, and comfy clothing.

Suggested donation: $20-$40
