​This zoom seminar focuses on providing early educators with practical strategies to create a more inclusive classroom environment for all students. The seminar emphasizes the importance of recognizing and valuing diversity, fostering a sense of belonging, and promoting equitable opportunities for all learners. Attendees will gain an understanding of how to implement evidence-based practices for teaching diverse groups of students, and explore ways to engage families and communities in the process. The seminar will also cover effective communication strategies, accommodations and modifications, and classroom management techniques to ensure that all students can participate fully and achieve their full potential.

​Debbie Doss is a Director and Owner of American River Montessori, 2007 to present. She has been an active Preschool Teacher since 2004. She is now working with Montessori Credentialed Teacher with American Montessori Society, 2008. Which is a partner site for interns with the California State University Sacramento since 2018. She is currently completing her Master's Degree at California State University, Sacramento, Spring, of 2024
