In honor of Women's History Month, get ready to mix bottomless mimosas with motivation at Power Brunch: Women Driving Change in Tech!

Our dynamic panelists are Women who are trailblazers in the tech world, and they are ready to share their groundbreaking journeys and answer your questions about the future of technology.

Following the panel, we'll have an exclusive Day Professional Mixer (Open to All)!

The Panelists

Gia Lowe, named one of Essence Magazine’s ‘50 Founder’s to Watch’, is a purpose-driven multi-hyphenate, serial entrepreneur, strategist, and speaker. As a business leader, she designs lucrative partnerships that span across the beauty, lifestyle, tech & entertainment industries. As a social-impact entrepreneur & community creator, she is the founder of The Glowe Group - a strategic partnerships & marketing activation agency, co-founder of CGC, a community of over a quarter of a million people & CURLFEST, a beauty festival with close to 45,000 attendees annually.

This thought-leader & innovative founder has been featured in the New York Times, Cosmopolitan, ABC Nightline and Forbes amongst others. With over a decade of expertise in Marketing, Business Development, and Technology, this Meta alum has designed activations and executed partnerships with industry leaders such as Unilever, Target, Netflix, Coppertone, and Disney.

Gia is on a mission to help founders fund their impactful ideas and has been recognized for her work by Ad Color- Catalyst Award, 100 Women of Color- Legacy Award, and The Crown Act- Icon Award to name a few.

Genisha Metcalf is a social impact strategist specializing in corporate social responsibility and designing equity programs. She leverages her cross-sector experience in tech, nonprofit leadership, and higher education to develop philanthropic initiatives to support marginalized communities. Genisha currently serves as the Partnerships Lead for the NBA Foundation, the NBA’s $300M investment in Black communities. In her role, she builds philanthropic partnership to further economic opportunity for Black youth in NBA markets. Prior to joining the NBA, Genisha created equitable access to digital capacity building tools for 260+ Black-led nonprofits as the Program Manager for Meta’s $32M Black Community Nonprofit Fund. 

Genisha has held several nonprofit leadership roles throughout her 15 years in social impact. As the Head of Campaigns for DoSomething.org, she led programmatic strategy for the largest tech company exclusively for young people and social change, with a membership of 5M young people in 131 countries. During her tenure, DoSomething distributed $100,000 in scholarship funding, registered 250,000 voters, and launched the Disrupt Racism campaign. As Corporate Partnerships Manager for City Year New York, she generated $1.5M in corporate sponsorship revenue and led volunteer service days for 4,000 volunteers.  Genisha began her career in social work supporting youth aging out of the foster care system. Genisha takes pride in bringing a human rights and social justice perspective to corporate social responsibility. Genisha is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc. Genisha received her BA from Temple University and her MSW from Fordham University. 

Jessie End is VP of Social Good and Nonprofit Partnerships at Dataminr. She has nearly two decades of experience in technology and social impact, including her position as Head of Industry for Nonprofits at Google, where she founded Google's pro bono creative technology consultancy. Her experience also includes serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua, two years as Director of Brand Partnerships at Duolingo, and a residency as Chief Revenue Officer with the Girls Auto Clinic, a women-owned and operated automotive repair brand. She earned her MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and holds a B.A. in Biology from Brown University.
