Join us for a heart-opening breathwork experience as part of The Kinn’s Mindful Monday series. Led by Annie, founder of Breathword, this 45-minute journey blends rhythmic 3-part breathwork, intention setting, and a custom visualization poem to help you reconnect with your inner voice.
This month’s theme, Leading with Love, invites you to gently explore areas of your life where fear may be holding you back and shift toward softness, courage, and love. Whether you're seeking a reset for the day, the week, or the season ahead, this experience offers space to release, realign, and recenter.
Expect a curated playlist (with a few surprises), eye masks for rest, and a sweet post-session treat. Breathword is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all. Come exactly as you are.
ABOUT: Annie Janssen
Annie Janssen pursued Breathwork Facilitator Training without fully anticipating the profound impact it would have on her life. What began as a personal healing practice evolved into a powerful creative outlet and a way to express deep empathy and hold space for others.
Through her breathwork sessions, Annie aims to offer something lasting and meaningful. Her hope is that every participant leaves with at least one relatable keepsake—whether it’s an insight, a feeling, or a simple reminder that they’re not alone.
