Reloaded! The Empathy Conversation Café
Ready to play a game to get to the bottom of your needs and those of your conversation partner? Then this Playground session will be the right thing for you!
In this playful workshop you will test a game that not only sparks meaningful, deep conversations, but also shows you how to identify the psychological needs of your partner and of you. By responding with empathy, we build the basis for better understanding and trust, thus enhancing your relationships and your team performance.
By the end of this workshop, you will have explored:
✨ How to lead a meaningful conversation, in which you can practice your listening skills and how to reply in an appreciative, empathetic way (with some guidelines & ideas provided).
✨ Understand our basic psychological needs and have the chance to find out about the underlying needs of others.
✨ Get to know yourself better by reflecting your own needs.
Join the Empathy Conversation Café with a beverage of your choice as well as with curiosity and openness!
As this is a playground session, you will be able to feedback and feed forward ideas on how to bring this approach to life and whether it can really work. You will be able to share to learn & explore to develop.
