Playground: Guess what?! Humor is a tool! Learn how best to use it 💪
Life is better when you are laughing." And so is work.
How can we use humor as a tool to face change and uncertainty AND embrace the imperfect?
During this Playground session hosted by Kathy, you will:
💛 Lean how to lean into change and uncertainty (and lower fear) with humor
💛 Use levity to lean into the awkwardness and vulnerability of ‘new” and different
💛 Experience seeing perspectives that might be different (laughter builds trust and empathy)
💛 Learn to embrace our own imperfections with humor (Again...empathy, am I right?!)
💛 Laugh and not take yourself so seriously
As this is a playground session, you will be able to feedback and feedforward ideas on how to bring this approach to life and whether it can really work.
You will be able to share to learn & explore to develop.
And be prepared for lots of breakouts and conversations. 🥳
