Women's Pay Equity Webinar

​Women have been paid less than men since the onset of their participation in the paid labor market.  A patchwork of state-level initiatives and policies across the US, as well as corporate DEI programs have sought to address the gender pay gap.  Are they working? This session sheds light on how historical, outdated stereotypes about women and men at work have shaped biased labor market dynamics and what works in correcting the bias and closing the gender wage gap.  A discussion with Q&A will follow the presentation.  Exclusive for Talent Collective members, immediately following this session Commissioner Philp will host a more intimate Q&A for the Talent Collective community helping them tackle their greatest pay equity challenges.
