​We anticipate this tournament will sell out well in advance of the registration deadline. Please plan accordingly.Â
​2:00PM - Check In / Driving Range / Practice Green
​3:00PM - Tee Times
​Your entry fee (Ticket) includes access to Hole-In-One crystal trophy, 'The Champion' trophy, (CTP) Closest To the Pins on each hole, greens fees, cart fees, and use of practice facility.  Players should be in their assigned cart no later than 15 minutes before the 3:00 Tee Time Start.

​Side Game Payouts:
Side games will be paid out at the conclusion of the tournament. If you are not present to collect your skins winnings, your skins will be paid out electronically. Please e-mail support@par3tour.org with questions about receiving your side game money.
​PLAYOFFS - In the event of a tie for first-place for the Flighted Net Game (Tournament Champion), an on-course playoff will happen immediately following the conclusion of play, weather, daylight and course availability permitting.
​Payouts will be in the form of VISA Gift Cards
*Trophies will be awarded to the Tournament Champion and any participant that makes a Hole-In-One.

​Cancellation Policy
A $20 cancellation fee will apply to any withdraws prior to the established registration deadline. After the close of registration, we will not accept cancellations for any reason.
