About the Day
This is more than a tournament. It’s a full-day experience designed to bring the P+P community together through sport, competition, and real conversations.
Here’s what you need to know:
16 companies will compete in a structured padel tournament
Each company can enter 1 pair (2 players)
Matches run from 12 PM to 5 PM
From 5 to 8 PM, we shift into full social mode with drinks, music, and networking
General admission is available for non-players who want to join the action
Players competing must arrive by 11:00 AM for check-in and briefing.
General admission guests are welcome from 12:00 PM onwards.

Entry Criteria
We’re curating this to attract firms who are leaders or emerging leaders in their fields.
If you:
Work at a recognised company across real estate, finance, investment, legal, tech, or professional services
Have two internal team members who are active padel players (any level)
Want to compete, connect, and represent your brand on and off court
Value meaningful networking and vibrant experiences over stuffy conference rooms
Then this is your tournament.

We’ll announce the final 16 companies shortly after.
What’s Included in the Company Package
Entry for one pair (2 players)
Full tournament access including group and knockout rounds
Branded welcome packs for each player

General Admission
Want to join the action without stepping on court?
General Admission includes:
Spectator access to the full tournament from 12 to 5 PM
Access to the evening social from 5 to 8 PM
Two welcome drinks, refreshments, and networking

11:00 AM – Player Arrival and Registration
All competing teams must arrive for check-in, welcome briefing, and warm-up.12:00 PM – General Admission Opens
Guests are welcome to arrive anytime from midday to enjoy the matches, networking, and atmosphere.12:00 to 2:25 PM – Group Stage Matches
Each company plays three matches within their group. Courts will be active throughout.2:25 to 5:00 PM – Knockout Rounds
Top teams from each group move into the Main Draw. Remaining teams play in the Consolation Draw.5:00 to 8:00 PM – Evening Social
Tournament ends. All guests and players are invited to relax, network, and celebrate with drinks and music.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m not playing?
No problem. General admission tickets are designed for guests, clients, and spectators who want to enjoy the event and network.
When will I know if my company has been selected?
Final teams will be confirmed shortly after the application deadline on Friday 1 August.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and your game face. Everything else is sorted on the day.
What’s the dress code?
Players should arrive in sportswear with indoor shoes. General admission guests can come in smart casual or comfortable clothing - no playing gear needed.
Can I arrive later in the day?
Yes. Players must arrive by 11 AM. General admission guests can arrive anytime from 12 PM and are welcome to stay for the full day or just join for the social.
