About Event

This month the Park City Marketing Club is getting together to learn how to create and communicate a diversity, equity, inclusion and social responsibility program for your business.

Join us Monday, October 17, 4pm at Kiln Park City, for an informal gathering and presentation by Cody Tunney, EVP of Analytics at Yangaroo. Cody will share her experiences in building a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program for her company—by both looking inward at the company, culture, and relationships and externally by how we do business with diverse organizations.

As Cody explains:

“Every business can have a corporate social responsibility program in place and implement guiding principles in their organization. CSR is not a certification—it’s an ever-evolving target. So by communicating your progress, we can relate to customers who share similar objectives. CSR is a self-regulating business model that helps a company be socially accountable to itself, its stakeholders, and the public.

By practicing corporate social responsibility, companies can be conscious of the kind of impact they are having on all aspects of society, including economic, social, and environmental. To engage in CSR means that, in the ordinary course of business, a company is operating in ways that enhance society and the environment instead of contributing negatively to them.”
