​The Talent Deck is a curated community of startup people leaders where we come together to leverage the power of community in the people and talent acquisition landscape. Today, Community Led Growth is taking over the ecosystem but there does not exist a new age community for people/talent leaders in the startup world and this is our humble effort to get this side of the world closer.

People Connect endeavors to unite the broader community through opportunities for open networking and, most significantly, to facilitate meaningful connections and conversations.
