About Event

In this session, we'll have a quick look at the minimalism concept in project management and P3.express, which is a non-proprietary, minimalist project management method.

We'll review what P3.express is and see its similarities and differences with other systems such as PRINCE2®, PMBOK® Guide, and Scrum. Then we'll have an overview of the cyclic process of P3.express to see how it works. Finally, a few free resources you can use to learn more about P3.express will be introduced.

Bio of Nader K. Rad:

Nader started working with projects about 25 years ago: first, as a project planner in construction projects, and then he moved to large process-plant projects.

In parallel, he was also involved in IT projects and startups, and gradually moved from project planning into the wider project management domain by helping project managers and companies improve their project, program, and portfolio management systems.

Nowadays, he is spending most of his time contributing to standards (P3.express, NUPP (Nearly Universal Principles of Projects), PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, and the PMBOK® Guide), and developing eLearning courses in his company, Management Plaza.
