The Owl Explains Crypto Parliament comes together for a series of participatory roundtables on the most important policy and regulatory trends of 2025! With the new US administration; UK developing its regime; MiCA implementation in Europe; Hong Kong rule proposals and implementation; Korea advancing regulation; key jurisdictions in S. America and SE Asia moving forward – Now is the time to bring our community together, in Singapore in conjunction with Token2049.
The unique roundtable format will allow attendees to listen to and join conversations by a curated group of experts about key topics such as tokenization and the nature of an asset, decentralization and open source code, infrastructure versus intermediary requirements, and exemptions for core blockchain activities.
