Who is Claes Berend ?

Claes-Berend is a leadership coach and organizational consultant with a focus on constellations and systemic insights besides being a regression therapist. He began his career selling fashion on the market before transitioning into consulting. However, after is first constellation he became disillusioned with traditional methods of training and sought out new approaches. 

He received his systemic education from Jan-Jacob Stam at the Dutch Bert Hellinger Institute and later worked with Bert Hellinger to translate books into Dutch. In addition, he received specialized training from Gunthart Weber, Klaus Krochowiak, and others in the field of organizational constellations. 

Claes-Berend founded the Centre for Organizational Constellations and Systemica, where he then educated other consultants in the use of constellations and systemic insights in their practices. He has worked as a leader and educator with systemic constellations for 20 years now.
