Aspects of diversity that are publicly available and reported on the Board of Directors and Executive Management teams by the over 600 listed companies in Nasdaq Helsinki, Stockholm, Iceland and Copenhagen. These metrics are Age, Nationality, Binary Gender and Educational Background.
The mission of Nordic Business Diversity Index is to raise awareness with data on the diversity of leadership in large organizations.
