Geoff joined Ramp in 2020, just before the company launched its first product. Since then, Ramp has experienced remarkable growth, surpassing $100M in ARR within just two years. He has spearheaded the product management, operations, and support teams, playing a pivotal role in the development and release of over 60 products and features in 2023 alone.
Mihika is a product-design-engineer hybrid at Figma where she’s known as the go-to person for leading 0-to-1 products and was recently voted the #1 PM to work with by Lenny Rachitsky’s product community. Now one of the most popular tools for designers, she was an early PM of FigJam (40% of designers used FigJam as the primary choice of software for digital whiteboarding) and the Founding PM for Figma Slides.
