About Event

HR is key to the recovery of disrupted global businesses and industries caused by the pandemic. It is vital that HR continues to adapt and evolve to strategically meet new organisational needs. To meet this demand and develop a strong pipeline of future-ready HR professionals, the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Nanyang Technological University’s Nanyang Business School have collaborated to specifically curate 2 FlexiMasters in HR programmes.

The FlexiMasters in HR offers two pathways, both allowing learners to upskill through modular courses to earn micro-credentials and, where appropriate, credit transfer to a NBS Masters degree:

  • The FlexiMasters in HR Thought Leadership aims to help HR practitioners lead with impact and fast-track their HR career by strengthening their knowledge and competencies in business, digital and financial acumen

  • The FlexiMasters in Strategic HR Performance is meant for non-HR practitioners to develop ability and confidence to succeed as a HR professional, equipped with the essential skills to take on a HR role in their organisations or make a career transition into HR

Join us on Thursday 7 July 2022 from 11.30 am to 12.45 pm to find out more about these programmes and how they can help you enhance your career.
