Mondays we work on overall flexibility hitting classic postures together, and (now) Thursdays we work together on specific areas of the body or skills.
Start your week right by making some time for your goals. Long, slow, deep stretches and breathing. Bring requests. Bring friends :) Leave early if you want, just try to come on time, and try to put in some time for YOU, with the support of all of us. We are better together.
PROPS: The usual - yoga blocks or books, cushions, long strap / belt, sometimes a small sturdy stool, and occasionally a broomstick.
OPTIONAL: Light weights - less than 1-3 lb.
