Minus Celebration: A Taste of Beanless Coffee
We are excited to invite you to an interactive night in collaboration with The Plenary to showcase our new beanless vanilla oat milk latte and raise funds for our partner organization, Doselva.
Our goal for the night is to celebrate the love for art, science, and beanless coffee through an immersive experience.
What can you expect?
Illustrated exhibits: Experience The Plenary's Illuminations exhibition which includes art, interactive installations, and science storytelling.
Groovy music: From minimal techno to reggaeton, after 10 pm we'll get a chance to dance away
Curated drinks: Two bars will be selling beer, wine, custom cocktails, and thoughtfully selected non-alcoholic beverages, including a special beanless espresso martini.
Pizza! We'll have pizza available for sale on-site.
Exclusive products: You’ll get a chance to purchase our exclusive Minus merch.
Beanless Vanilla Oat Milk Latte samples: We’ll be handing out samples for you to taste our rich, delicious product.

ABOUT MINUS- BEANLESS COFFEE:
Minus is for people obsessed with coffee and the planet. It’s a beanless approach that protects the beloved coffee ritual, farmer livelihood, and our planet. Minus produces coffee with less water, less environmental damage, and shorter supply chains. It was developed by a team of coffee-obsessed, planet-loving scientists that subtracted the beans, kept the caffeine, and dialed up the flavor through a precise fermentation process where they culture each roast into a just-like coffee brew.
How? Instead of beans, we roast up-cycled ingredients, which we then grind and brew in a gorgeous fermentation batch with caffeine. We can match traditional cold brew because we understand the science and **obsession of coffee.

It's an interactive experience designed to replace talking heads with meaningful discourse, problems with possibilities, and fear with imagination.
This isn't your average art show or science exhibit. It's a lively, experiential gathering designed for you to stay open, informed, and engaged. Illuminations is a place for you to engage with the nuance beneath the headlines, like the ethics of AI and the urgency of environmental stewardship.

ABOUT DOSELVA:
Doselva supports farmers by helping them transition to intercropping and connecting them within the value chain to ensure they can place their products.
Their program allows farmers to:
Diversify their income by producing multiple crops
Decrease their risk exposure to climate change, market volatility, and supply chain fragility
Double and, at times, triple their income by focusing on crops that pay higher $/pound.
