Through her 1-2-1 coaching, corporate workshops and leadership programs, Leeat is determined to help as many humans as possible stretch themselves, inspire themselves and enjoy themselves in their working lives. Leeat is a warm, high-energy, and straight talking coach, committed to delivering boiled down coaching concepts that are instantly use-able.
As a coach, Leeat loves to mash together the building blocks from her past careers and professional trainings. These include an MA in Organisational Psychology, training in Transformational Coaching, 15+ years in workshop design, group facilitation, qualitative research, brand strategy and communications development.
Leeat is founder of Leeat Bosco Coaching, an accredited Strengths Profiler, Emotional Intelligence Profiler and content creator for Learna, a micro-learning app for people skills.

What does it mean to live life on brand—on your own terms, in a way that truly reflects who you are and what you want? This workshop is all about reclaiming control over how you live and work, getting clear on what you need, and designing a life that aligns with your values.
Through an interactive playbook, we’ll work through three key stages:
🤝 CONNECT – Get real about what you truly want and need from life.
🎨 CREATE – Define the themes that will shape your life, translate them into experiences, and set boundaries to stay on track.
👊 COMMIT – Identify your small ‘nudge’ moves and one big ‘nuclear’ move, turning them into action tokens and permission slips to take forward.
