Terms & Conditions
By attending the Mining Race/ICONX Event, organized by Mining Grid in collaboration with ICONX, attendees confirm to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions, the General Information and Policies for Attendees.
The Event is open to ICONX and Mining Grid Users and pre-approved attendees

1 day event – 28 Sep 2024.
EVENT SCHEDULE
It will be provided to all event attendees in advance in an INBOX Message in their registered emails and on event website.
ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES AND REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
Should you not wish to accept Terms & Conditions, the General Information & Policies for Attendees, you should not register.
EXPENSES
Attendees should cover their personal expenses.
Registration.
Attendees can register for Event ticket or VIP tickets. For both tickets:
All attendees must provide some basic information for their identity (i.e., Name and Surname, email – ID or Passport number).
No nicknames are allowed.
The invitation is personal and non-transferable. The invitation may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged, encumbered or in any other manner transferred or disposed of, in whole or in part, to a third party.
AIR TRAVEL AND GROUND TRANSFERS
Event ticket
The attendees are self-responsible for booking their own flight tickets at their own expense.
Since numerous event attendees may arrive a few days before the event, or afterwards extend their stay by a few days, the arrival and departure times of the event attendees at the airport will be very different. Therefore, no pick-up or delivery service is offered. The event attendees must organize their own trips to the event location or to their accommodation upon arrival at the airport and/or upon departure to the airport.
VIP Tickets
The company will cover the travel cost for the qualified candidates based on pre-defined selection criteria.
VIP Selection Criteria:
Mining race subscription tier and associated Spot Mining power.
Ranking in the ICONX promoters' incentive plan.
Participation in other qualification programs announced by the company
ACCOMMODATION
Standard Tickets

VIP Tickers
The company will cover the accommodation cost for approved VIP ticket attendees.
MEALS
Aside from anything explicitly mentioned in the Event schedule, no additional meals or services will be provided and will need to be paid by the attendee.
INCIDENTAL CHARGES
No incidental charges are covered, and no insurance policy is provided to the event attendees. Event attendees agree to assume all responsibilities and risks for losses, damage, injury or death, and property damage resulting from attending the event. Event attendees agree that all event attendees are under direct and complete control of themselves and are liable for all damages that may occur during the event arising from their direct or indirect acts. Event attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold any affected party harmless from loss, liability, damages, fines, or costs arising from actual or threatened claims arising from their direct or indirect acts.
EVENT ATTENDEE’S RESPONSIBILITIES
Event attendees are self-responsible for making sure they have a current passport with an expiration date that is at least six months after the trip end date, and if required, a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates.
Event attendees are self-responsible for compliance with possible additional entry and exit requirements at the respective time of travel
TAX REPORTING
The event attendees shall be individually responsible towards their respective tax authorities to comply with their applicable laws in case of the reception of any paid incentives such as meals, gifts, prizes, and activities
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
The right of admission is reserved. Event attendees will be denied access to the event if:
Contravene the indications of the staff.
Behave violently or hinder the normal development of the event.
Are in a state of high drunkenness or intoxication.
Introduce, carry, or use any kind of weapons or objects that may allow them to harm individuals or property.
Carry out annoying, unhealthy, noxious, dangerous, or illegal activities.
