Seminar Tuesday 11 August: Marc Favre, Designing interesting, relevant and spontaneous 7-10 assessment tasks

​Presentation Blurb: "This presentation will introduce ideas and strategies for building effective and engaging formative and summative assessment tasks for the 7-10 language classroom. Many of these could also apply to VCE levels as well.

​The presentation will look at assessment ideas and strategies for all four key language learning skills: writing, speaking, reading comprehension and listening comprehension."

​Presenter Biography: I am a language teacher with fifteen years' experience and have taught in Victorian state and international IB schools in three different countries. I have been very fortunate to have worked with and learnt from some outstanding language teachers from Victoria and all over the world and I look forward to hopefully sharing some useful tips and strategies with you.
