LSE Generate, Comissão de Startups da OAB/RJ e Grey Matter convidam para um bate-papo sobre investimento early stage e apresentação do Modelo de Acordo para Investimento em Startups - MAIS, lançado recentemente com o objetivo de facilitar o acesso a capital por empreendedores em estágios iniciais. O modelo, inspirado no Simple Agreement for Future Equity - SAFE, criado na California, tem a finalidade de servir como uma minuta padrão open source de contrato para investimento em startups early stage, disponível publicamente em aqui.
O evento ocorrerá no dia 22 de agosto, a partir de 18h, no BizHub. O painel contará com Maria Rita Spina (Anjos do Brasil), Paulo Gomiero (Alvarez & Marsal), Pedro Chueiri (BZCP) e Felipe Hanszmann (fundador do Grey Matter e Presidente da Comissão de Startups da OAB/RJ).

LSE Generate, Startups Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (Rio de Janeiro branch) and Grey Matter invite you to discuss investment in early stage startups and the Model Agreement for Investment in Startups (MAIS), recently launched with the objective of facilitating access to capital by entrepreneurs starting their businesses. Such model, inspired on the SAFE – Simple Agreement for Future Equity created in California, is intended to become an open source standardized draft for investment in early stage startups, and is publicly available here.
The event will take place on August 22, starting at 6p.m, at BizHub. The panel will feature Maria Rita Spina (Anjos do Brasil), Paulo Gomiero (Alvarez & Marsal), Pedro Chueiri (BZCP) and Felipe Hanszmann (Grey Matter founder Chairman of the Startups Commission of OABRJ).
