About the hosts:
Jake Blais has been playing at the LEGO Group for 11 years, spending most of that time in the group’s internal advertising agency, inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow, through consumer product campaigns. He joined Corporate Affairs in 2021, as the Creative Lead across the global Employee Play Engagement team to shape how colleagues engage in play and integrate playful experiences into their daily roles.
Nast Marrero is a Business Agility & Discovery Coach at The LEGO Group, where he has worked for the past 7 years. He has a passion for facilitation and, over the years, he has had the luxury of leading many creative workshops with toy designers, venture builders, TV producers, robot makers and more.
