This retreat brings together our global community of founders and investors who care deeply about conscious leadership, social impact, and personal growth.

This is more than a nature getaway—it’s a curated gathering of visionary founders, investors and creator leaders ready to unwind, spark new conversations, and envision even bigger possibilities and collaborations.
After the resounding success of our recent Dominican Republic Summit—where 55 global leaders formed deep friendships and launched powerful collaborations—we knew we had to bring that magic to the San Francisco Bay Area.
With many of you joining HumanTechWeek the following week, this retreat is the perfect place to relax, connect, and drop in before the big HTW gathering begins.

3 nights at a modern hotel just a half block from the beach
Oceanside dinners at the famed Moonraker and Sam’s Chowder House
Outdoor brunches with short panels at local gems near the surf
Silent disco dance on Pomponio Beach + guest-led Topic Circles on the sand
Redwood forest excursion: power hike, easy stroll, or open-air train ride
Morning beach meditations & ocean walks for the early risers
Late night fun for the partiers—retro jukebox dancing at Nick’s Lounge next door, or head over to Half Moon Bay!
This retreat is limited to just 40 participants to keep it intimate, connected, and powerful.

Light DAO Owner Room Share (2 Queens or King + pullout sofa): $1,275
Light DAO Owner Solo Room: $1,675
Light DAO Guest Room Share: $1,525
Light DAO Guest Solo Room: $1,925
Price includes: 3 nights beachside lodging, 2 ocean view dinners, 2 outdoor brunches + 1 box lunch, and all official retreat activities. (Cash bar for alcoholic drinks.)

Friday night is open & optional: We’ll join our friends’ Ocean Beach Bonfire Party—with 200–300 tech & AI friends, DJs, fire dancers & more! We'll gather around 6PM for a pre-party at a casual beachside cafe.
Carpooling is encouraged – It’s a great way to hang out with friends and meet new people from out of town. A WhatsApp organizing group will be available.
And we'd recommend reserving TODAY, If you’d like one of the limited number of double queen rooms, and we can accommodate roommate requests.
