About Event

In this three-part workshop, we get the opportunity to explore our relationship with our breath and how it relates to our everyday life. We breathe every minute of every day, yet how often are we aware of it? This workshop combines facilitation and discussion around the weekly themes, as well as a 40 minute guided breathwork journey each session where we get to experience the power and depth of our breath.

Included in this package are also weekly journal prompts and embodiment practices so that you can integrate your breath in your day-to-day life.

The weekly themes are:

Week 1 - Awareness: Triggers and Tells

When we get triggered or stressed, we tend to enter a "fight or flight" response and hold our breath, causing chaos in our body and nervous system. In order to shift any habits, we need to become aware of our breath and patterns. In this first week, we bring awareness to our daily habits and natural breath, and how this manifests in our daily life.

Week 2 - Exploration: Fireside chat with your younger self

After understanding our initial response and developing a relationship with it, we then get to explore the origins of these behaviors. In the second week, we introduce the concept of "Inner Child Work" and explore how patterns we developed while we were younger play out in your lives. We get the opportunity to dive deeper into our breath and use this as a tool to deactivate our stress pressure points.

Week 3 - Integration: Shift your shit so you don’t lose your shit

Awareness with aligned action is the medicine and brings about lasting change. In the final week, we rewire our natural responses to develop new patterns and integrate your breath throughout your day. We get the opportunity to speak our commitments and create actionable change to integrate the lessons we have learned throughout the workshops.
