Turning Setbacks into Setups by Getting Outside Your Head
This class is career therapy for ambitious women who are done spinning in circles, and want to move forward with confidence, and resilience.
The reality: some of us are employed and need to fireproof our careers—not just to survive, but so we can land quickly if we need to. Others are already looking—after a layoff, a pivot, or realizing growth means moving somewhere new. Either way, your career can feel like that group chat you can’t escape: endless notifications, comparisons, and panic emojis. This class gives you the pause button and clarity you’ve been craving.
Here, you get to release the old versions of yourself that aren’t working, remind yourself of the strengths you already have, and finally start doing the work that actually moves you forward. Let go of the clutter, the “shoulds,” and the self-doubt—and make space for the next chapter you actually want. This is not a an TikTok career coach giving you the best key words to include on your resume—it is a a real, guided pause to help you get your bearings and start moving.
Why This Class, Why Now?
We’re over halfway through the year. The goals you set in January? Life probably rewrote them. That’s not failure—it’s feedback. This session gives you structure and space to make sense of it all, release what’s holding you back, and start fresh with actionable clarity.
What You’ll Get Out of It
A Reset That Feels Real: Pause, reflect, and actually visualize your strategy and next steps.
The Right Questions: I won’t hand you all the answers—but I will make you ask the ones you’ve been avoiding.
A Release Valve: Say goodbye to old “shoulds” and self-doubt.
Clarity + Confidence + Resilience: Walk away with a plan that sticks—and actually excites you.
Momentum: Being in a room with ambitious, frustrated, ready-to-move-forward women reminds you that you’re not alone—and that energy is contagious.
Who This Is For:
You’ve had wins, setbacks, or both—and you want to make sense of it before charging ahead. You’re ambitious, maybe a little burned out, and ready to stop spinning and start moving. This is your guided pause: a chance to reflect without judgment and walk away with a real path forward—no LinkedIn gimmicks, no resume hacks, no motivational platitudes.
