Stefan is the head of learning at Growth Tribe, an edtech company specialising in building the most in-demand digital skills & capabilities. For many years, Stefan worked as a growth and design consultant across multiple industries, building a solid track record of helping global business leaders implement customer-centric & growth strategies to drive performance. To date, he has trained and coached over 10.000 professionals and over 600 businesses.
Since the pandemic, Stefan has been leading a shift towards hybrid and digital learning as an advisor and coach for other learning professionals in Europe. Since 2021 his learning team developed scalable learning solutions that have helped more than 15.000 people grow their own skillset and careers in fields like Data, Growth, change management, UX and digital business.
Jessica is the Career Service Program Manager for DesignLab, an online User Experience training BootCamp. She works across teams to ensure students accomplish their career goals through learning outcomes and community support. Jessica has a background in creative and technical recruitment, training and development, and product design.
