Then why do we wonder when the groups we are working with are loosing sight of the goal between workshops, or our learners are having a hard time keeping up with practice between training sessions? 🤦♀️
Accountability can make all the difference to getting something done or not. This can be the case across everything in our life whether it be in our personal lives, community involvement or at work.
This session will explore how gamification can be used to promote accountability and engagement in a work or professional context. We'll discuss the basics of gamification and how it can be used to encourage involvement, as well as discussing best practices for motivating and engaging others via gaming strategies.🔥
By the end of the session, you'll have a solid understanding of how gamification can be used to encourage accountability and engagement for you and your team as well as ideas for how to implement these gamification methods in your work.

About the host:
An accomplished coach, host and entrepreneur, Nicola has 10 years of client management experience alongside five years of running her own games oriented team-build events and three years as a certified Life Coach. Her experience with SMEs and start-ups has led to a rich bank of knowledge that she brings into her coaching in order to support, challenge and deliver results for her clients. Nicola is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and holds a diploma in transformational life coaching.
